1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MyNimantran ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our website and tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MyNimantran is a browser-based creative suite that enables users to design, personalize, and export animated wedding invitations. Key functionalities include selecting curated cultural templates, customizing event ceremonies, adding audio tracks, generating QR codes, and exporting videos (MP4), animated GIFs, high-resolution images (PNG), and printable PDFs for personal wedding announcements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Template License

A. Studio Ownership

All template illustrations, cultural motif artwork, animation sequences, graphic layouts, audio clips provided as defaults, software code, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of MyNimantran.

B. Your License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to customize and download invitations for your personal or family wedding announcements. You may freely share your exported MP4 videos, images, and links with friends and family across WhatsApp, social media, and email.

C. Commercial Restrictions

You may not extract our original template artwork, vector files, or animation timelines to resell them on stock design marketplaces, re-package them in a competing card creation software, or claim copyright over the underlying studio design assets.

4. User-Uploaded Content & Responsibilities

When you input text (names, dates, family details) or upload media (photos, music files) into the editor:

You confirm that you own or have obtained the necessary legal rights and permissions to use that content.
You remain the sole owner of any personal photographs and private details you upload.
You agree not to upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, or infringing upon any third party's copyright or privacy.

5. Client-Side Processing & Device Compatibility

Our rendering engine operates locally within your web browser using modern WebAssembly, Canvas, and Web Audio standards. Performance, export duration, and rendering capability depend on your specific hardware, available device memory, and browser version. While we continuously test and optimize for modern mobile and desktop browsers, we do not guarantee compatibility with outdated browsers (such as Internet Explorer).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MyNimantran makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or that hosted share links will remain accessible indefinitely. Users are encouraged to save their exported MP4 videos and PDFs to their personal cloud or local devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MyNimantran, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. When changes occur, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
